Booking system for the Police departement is launched
If you are a Swedish citizen, you can now make an appointment for renewal of your passport and ID card via the web. The advanced system that has been developed by Enalog AB together with Nemo-Q International AB is now launched.
The first installations are located in downtown Stockholm, Solna and Taby. Available appointment times can be booked for office hours and must be booked by 3 pm the day before. To facilitate families, it is possible to register up to eight people in one booking, The applicant registers his arrival through the ticket system at least 5 minutes before the booked time. The system will help the Police departement to lessen the administrative workload associated with renewal of passports and ID cards.
